Physical Environment for the ChildrenThe Indoor and outdoor play area reflects the children’s interests and strengths. Service provides open ended resources. Educators participate and encourage children to engage in physical activity. The learning environment are arranged effectively to engage every child to have quality experiences involving built and natural environments. It provides space for children to explore. Children have their own choice and decisions for the open-ended resources. Children have enough space for the playing areas both outdoor and indoor. When children are playing in outdoor area, Educators implement plans for children to explore natural environment such as sand in the sandpit, water, leaves and tree branches. |
Equipment is kept clean and is regularly checked for damage.Educators are doing indoor and outdoor safety check list every day. All materials and equipment are developmentally age appropriate and disinfected regularly. Indoor and outdoor equipment are monitored for safety, cleanliness and good maintenance. Service provides Educators to supervise children as per the stipulated staff to children ratio. All the equipment is well maintained and disinfected. All resources meet the children needs. Every day the Educators set up different activities for children to engage in to develop their creativity. Sustainability is a part of the educational program and practice -recycling, reducing electricity usage. Children are informed and aware of the use of the bins-garbage and recycle bins. Service provides natural and recycling materials to show the children to respect the natural environment. |
