Record observations daily and use this in the development of the weekly programs.The documentation of child’s program and progress is available for families. Individual children’s observations and Group programs are reflected on and Intentional Teaching is planned accordingly. Child development is well supported by the qualified educators. Educators enable the children to make their own choices and decisions in engaging in the routines and daily activity. Consistently respond to children’s ideas and play and intentional teaching is embedded within the program. Intentional Teaching, both spontaneous and planned, occurs. Educators intentionally scaffold children’s understanding and learning. Critically reflect on children’s learning and development by providing weekly programs. Educators will do the observation each month and will do follow up. All Educators will do the observation and depending on the child interests and strengths the Educators make the programming. Are observing and doing reflection for each child. Educators set up the activities on each child which is individual, small group and large group. Educators implement the activity based on children interests and strength. |
